As a member of their Real Estate team, you will advise lenders and borrowers on all aspects of real estate investment and finance transactions. Support the large\u2011scale acquisition of properties compulsorily acquired by state agencies for the delivery of State Infrastructure projects, advise on landlord and tenant matters across all asset classes. The team also works closely with the firm’s Finance and Corporate teams on the structuring of major transactions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Candidates with over 3 years PQE in the Commercial Property\/Real estate at a reputable firm are encouraged to apply. They are particularly keen to speak to Solicitors at a small or mid-sized firm who may be looking for a step up.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
