They are seeking a Head of Corporate, M&amp;A Legal <\/span><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">to join their growing legal team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">About the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">The Head of Corporate, M&amp;A Legal will serve as a senior leader within the Legal function. The successful candidate will act as a key strategic advisor to the executive team, overseeing complex transactions, capital markets activity, corporate governance, and high\u2011value commercial contracting. With an active pipeline of acquisitions and financing activity; this role is suited to a highly commercial, solutions\u2011driven legal leader with deep expertise across corporate, M&amp;A, joint ventures, and financing matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">The candidate must bring a proactive, business and solution-oriented mindset to legal matters and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and specifically within the wider legal team. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">The successful candidate will have at least 15 PQE, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">combined across a law firm and a multinational company. Experience gained in high growth, scaling technology, data centres, fintech, gaming or platform environments. A significant track record leading complex corporate, M&amp;A, and financing transactions. Ideally you will have experience leading multi\u2011billion\u2011dollar aggregate debt and equity financings. In addition to experience of scaling a business to IPO is desirable.
