She also delivers speaking engagements on the importance of working on your career \u2013 as well as working in your role.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marshah is a qualified, ICF and EMCC accredited coach, facilitator and speaker and had an extensive career in human resources, organisation design, learning and organisational development, working for organisations including City of London Police, Homes England, NSPCC and Versus Arthritis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marshah has contributed to HR publications, including HR Magazine where she shared her top tips on career success.&nbsp;
