Further to the Covid-19 pandemic, we expect an increase in the number of in-house vacancies as the pandemic has highlighted the importance of having an In-House Counsel and companies which are lacking structured legal departments will clearly be looking to organise themselves accordingly. In a financially unstable market, we also expect an increase in the request for lawyers in private practice to go in-house.
