As a Commercial Associate, you will work alongside a highly regarded and experienced partner to play a crucial role in the teams’ success by providing expert legal advice and support to a diverse portfolio of clients. From multinational corporations to emerging startups, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across various sectors, tackling complex commercial matters and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and transactions.
Manging a range of your own matters and supporting on larger projects.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support client matters.
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, and licensing agreements.
Collaborating with other members of the firm to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives on domestic and international projects.
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with 2-3 years of PQE in commercial law.
Trained and worked at a well-regarded commercial law firm.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hard working and ambitious.
