The growing market for junior in-house lawyers

Over the past few years, we have seen an increase in demand for junior lawyers within in-house teams. We have also seen a real growth in interest from junior lawyers in moving down an in-house career path. Despite this, there is still some fear within the market that you can be ‘too junior’ to move in-house.
