Position Available: Real Estate Lawyer (2-6 years PQE)

Role Overview:
As a key member of the Real Estate Development & Investment Team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, supporting clients with their real estate requirements from acquisition to asset management. Collaborating with our national network of offices, you’ll be part of transactional teams tackling some of the most significant deals in the UK.
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on development projects, including acquisitions, disposals, and collaborations.
Negotiate development agreements, master development agreements, and lease structuring.
Work alongside colleagues on planning, procurement, construction, and dispute resolution matters.
Provide comprehensive legal support across a range of real estate transactions.
Requirements:
England & Wales qualified lawyer with 2-6 years’ PQE.
Experience in large-scale, mixed-use or residential-led development projects.
Background in a commercial firm or in-house legal team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
