Real Estate Litigation Associate

Taylor Root is delighted to be assisting a global full-service law firm with the recruitment of a Real Estate Litigation Associate into their market-leading Band 1 ranked Real Estate Litigation team in Birmingham.

The team acts for a wide range of clients including; owners, developers, investors, management companies, end users and others in the development process on all property related disputes and contentious portfolio and asset management issues.

This role will be varied and will include working on a wide range of matters from asset management of nationwide portfolios right through to high profile, complex court cases.

The team are supported by the resources of a progressive, international firm and an award-winning project management system that allows them to deliver better results for their clients.

The successful candidate will provide support on a wide variety of disputes as well as managing their own caseload and there will be opportunities to get involved in business development and client management from the outset.

Our client is interested in applications from lawyers with at least 1-year PQE in real estate litigation who can demonstrate that they have strong real estate markets knowledge, team player skills, have good client skills and are a good communicator with a strong practical approach to work.
