The Team

  • The team is looking for an Associate specializing in Patent disputes to join the London office.
  • This role contributes to the ongoing expansion of the IP practice, particularly within the Tech & Media and Life Sciences sectors.
  • Represents leading companies across various sectors, including Technology, Media & Communications, Life Science & Healthcare, Automotive, Consumer Products, Energy, and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Responsibilities encompass UK litigation and global multi-jurisdictional litigation coordination.

The Candidate

  • Seeking a robust IP litigator keen on specializing in patents or broader IP litigation.
  • Ideal candidates are motivated to contribute to a dynamic team during a period of growth.
  • Preferred candidates have prior experience in patent litigation, particularly in technology and/or life sciences, although other backgrounds are welcome.
  • Previous studies or qualifications in electronics, engineering, biology, chemistry, or pharmacology are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Recruiting at the 2-5PQE level, candidates should possess confidence, sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to taking on responsibilities.
