Employment 1-3 PQE role – Boutique Firm
Our prestigious client is paving their way through the film, TV and media world, highly renowned for their celebrity clientele and increasing work from corporate climes. The firm’s partners are ranked as experts by the independent legal directories in a wide array of matters including rights, production and finance for leading, glamorous names and high-profile talent.
The firm are seeking to hire a junior employment associate at 1-3 PQE, to join their thriving team. The nature of the team’s work stems from their roster of clients from a broad range of sectors, including the firm’s media & entertainment industry clients. The team advise both employers and employees, on a broad range of contract negotiations, ongoing employment issues, termination of employment of senior executives and negotiation of settlements, employment tribunal claims, reorganisations of companies and their staff (including advising on TUPE and collective redundancies) team move and restrictive covenant enforcement and advice.
The team’s work involves a mix of contentious and non-contentious work. This includes high value psychiatric injury claims arising from bullying or discrimination in the workplace, where they typically act for Claimants and are market leaders.
Ideally, you will have trained and qualified into a reputable employment team having acquired both contentious and non-contentious experience. The firm offers a strong remuneration package in addition to reasonable target hours at 1500 annually, which allows associates a strong work life balance. The firm also offer a bespoke bonus which kicks in at 1300 hours.
