Our client is a leading full spectrum energy law firm who have over 50 years of industry experience and are one of the largest dedicated energy teams of any law firm in the world. They are highly ranked by leading publications, the Legal 500 and Chambers, for their excellence across the energy value chain in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa, representing participants in the oil and gas, conventional power, solar, wind and renewable sectors.
The extent of recent work within the team covers high value acquisitions and sales of oil and gas assets, sale of carbon credits, acquisition of interest in battery storage platform and negotiation of PSCs – all encompassing an international element. This niche, sector focused opportunity will provide strong exposure to energy transactions and projects across the globe.
The firm are looking for NQ (March 24 qualifiers) to 1.5 years PQE corporate & projects energy associates to join their team, as the firm continue to grow their London office. Ideally, the right candidate will be looking to focus their career on the energy sector, with experience from a top tier firm and high-quality academics. French language skills are also an advantage.
