Trademark Attorney – Leading Law Firm – London

Taylor Root have recently been instructed on a brand new position for an experienced and qualified Trademark Attorney with our client, a leading law firm who are specialists in Intellectual Property law. This position will be based in the firms London office and is permanent.

Our client’s team are highly skilled and passionate about protecting their clients’ brands and have an impressive track record of success in all areas of trademark law. The firm work with a diverse range of clients, including start ups and small business to larger, multinational businesses. These businesses span a variety of sectors, including Fashion, Tech, Consumer Goods, Media & Entertainment and Luxury brands.

The successful Trademark Attorney responsibilities are likely to include advising clients on all aspects of trademark law, including prosecution, oppositions. As well as conducting trademark searches, drafting and filling trademark applications, responding to office actions and managing trademark portfolios.

The successful Trademark Attorney is likely to have upwards of 2-3 PQE, and will be coming from another top law firm or PATMA firm. Our client will also be flexible on PQE so those who are more junior/senior that the advertised range are still encouraged to apply.
