Trade Mark Paralegal – US law firm – London.

Taylor Root are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join our client, an Elite US law firm. This role will be offered on a permanent basis and will be based in the firms London office.

The firm are looking to expand their Trademark, Design, and Copyrights team. This team are regularly advising on the selection, prosecution, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, brands, and designs. They have been recognised in various legal directories.

They work with some of the world’s best-known brands in retail, luxury, and apparel, as well online retailers and technology and automotive companies, having recently finished work with a well-known racing brand.

The successful candidate will likely have at least 3 years’ experience working in a Trade Mark team with another top 100 law firm.
