Trade Mark Attorney / Senior Associate
Our client, a highly reputable UK based Private Practice law firm located in Central London, is currently seeking an experienced Trade Mark Attorney to join their team on a permanent basis. As a qualified UK Trade Mark Attorney with at least 7 years of PQE, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality and strategic advice to a range of clients across various sectors with a specific focus on Charities & Social Enterprise.

The successful candidate must be a UK qualified Trade Mark Attorney to be considered for this role. Working five days per week is preferred, but our client is open to considering a 4-day working week should the candidate require further flexibility. This law firm has a fantastic reputation for work/life balance, and this particular department is a shining example of this. With many members of the team already working part-time or with a higher level of flexibility than what is usually consider “the norm” our client recognises the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance – not something usually associated with the legal profession!
This department has a strong support structure consisting of paralegals, administrators, and several more junior Associates/Trade Mark Attorneys to pick up more of the “churn” work, allowing the successful candidate to spend their time and expertise on more technical and challenging matters. For the right candidate, this role could have a short to medium-term track to partnership. There has been a recent example of this type of progression within the team, and if the successful Trade Mark Attorney can build their practice and facilitate further growth within the team, then an opportunity to join the partnership is very much on the table!
The salary for this role is highly competitive and will be internally benchmarked in line with Senior Associates of the same PQE level. This role has very reasonable/achievable billing targets along with a generous bonus scheme and a comprehensive benefits package.
