The real estate team is at the forefront of the firm’s strategic growth, with associates being exposed to a great variety of commercial property matters. The nature of the work encompasses acquisitions and disposals, landlord/tenant matters and the opportunity to develop specialism in the medium term. The team offer real estate advice for corporate occupiers, construction & engineering, development, planning, disputes, finance and investment.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years PQE with general commercial property experience within a reputable team, having dealt with acquisitions & disposals and some landlord tenant matters. A proactive commercial acumen is key, to aid business development with clients and development of the firm’s brand.
