Third Party Integrity & Due Diligence Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence checks on third-party engagements.
- Manage and monitor our Third Party Integrity Due Diligence tool, ensuring efficient workflows and accurate data.
- Develop and maintain Third Party Integrity Due Diligence procedures and protocols to streamline processes.
- Provide support to stakeholders across the organization on Third Party Integrity Due Diligence matters.
- Contribute to broader Ethics & Integrity projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in due diligence, KYC, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of systems, processes, and technology, including system controls and configuration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks, such as daily monitoring of alerts.
- Critical thinking skills to identify irregularities and abnormalities.
- Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
