Our client is a US Law Firm. They are looking to recruit multiple associates to join their banking team. They are happy to consider candidates at the NQ+ level.

The work will focus on a range of complex and bespoke structured products, structured finance, derivatives, securitization and fund finance transactions. Clients include investment banks, asset managers, private equity funds and hedge funds.

Associates in the team work across all areas of finance, with a broad range of transactions. Partners within the team work with all associates to allow access to a diverse client base and deal type.

Our client is happy to consider those at the NQ level that have had a seat in any area of finance or banking. Experience within structured products, structured finance, derivatives, securitization and fund finance is beneficial.
