Sports Litigation | 1-5 PQE | UK qual
Our client is a highly reputable international firm, with more than 29 offices across Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America. They are distinguished for their forward and creative thinking when it comes to technology and are highly ranked in the media and entertainment, sports, TMT, energy, life sciences and pharmaceutical sector.
This firm has a reputable commercial, regulatory, contentious, and non-contentious involvement in the sports sector. They have consistently been awarded the top-rank in Chambers and Partners and have most of the ‘Leading Individuals’ within the sports litigation practice, as per Legal 500.
This will be a multidimensional sports role, with breadth of exposure in responsibilities including.
- Drafting of sporting regulations and submissions
- Enforcement of anti-doping, anti-corruption and safeguarding rules
- Assisting with investigations and good governance
- Conducting litigation and arbitration proceedings
- Advocacy before sports tribunals on a domestic and international level
For this firm, you need to be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 1 year of UK experience within the dispute resolution practice. An additional experience or legal exposure in sports would also be strongly preferred.
It would also be helpful if you’re coming from an equally reputable firm (Top200) in London or regionally.
