Senior Legal Counsel role – Tech company – Dublin
Our client, a global analytics and digital solutions company, is looking to hire an experienced commercial lawyer to join their Dublin office as Senior Legal Counsel.
The role will focus on the drafting and negotiation the company’s commercial agreements including client Master Services Agreements, SOWs/Work Orders, Software License Agreements, Service level agreements, NDAs, letters of intent, proof of concept agreements and RFPs. It will also advise on EU and global privacy law issues.
