Our client is an incredibly exciting and dynamic global tech business who are looking to advance the art and technology of visual experience.

Based in Central London but with huge international presence they are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Counsel to join their team.

You will report to the General Counsel and have responsibility for these key areas:

  • IP – there is large focus on licensing work
  • Commercial contracts
  • Tech/Digital/IT work
  • Data Privacy
  • Ad hoc exciting projects (if you would like to be involved such as ESG, AI and Legal Ops)

Your background will be:

  • Good quality training background
  • IP/IT – IP experience is a MUST (rights, soft IP, opensource licensing etc)
  • Broader commercial contracts work and experience
  • Exposure to Data Privacy

There is hybrid working in place with 2 days a week in the London office.
