Senior Legal Counsel – biotech

About the role:
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will handle a wide remit of commercial activities, as well as data protection and regulatory matters. You will work closely with commercial teams to negotiate a variety of contracts, including licence agreements for product and technology, co-development agreements, commercial collaborations and IT contracts.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a 4+ PQE experienced commercial lawyer with exposure to IP law. Experience working in or with the biotech or pharma industries will be advantageous.
