Senior Legal Counsel

My client are a leading media and entertainment brand with millions of customers across multiple countries.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist legal team providing competition law and regulatory advice and support to this fast-moving business.

This role offers a wide variety of high-quality, challenging work of a standard rarely found outside private practice.

You will advise the business on all aspects of competition law, including advising on horizontal and vertical agreements, assisting with response to investigations and reviews, and supporting commercial teams in negotiations and M&A activity. You will also advise on many aspects of regulation affecting the business, including in relation to new product launches as well as being involved in management of key relationships with regulators.

This role would best suit a good communicator who is adept to communicating complex legal concepts to senior partners in an easy-to-digest manner that aids decision-making.

The ideal candidate would have solid post-qualification competition law experience, ideally within the 4-10 PQE range.
