Senior Employment Counsel at a High-Growth Fintech

An exciting opportunity to join a highly innovative and forward thinking fintech business as the business continues to expand into new jurisdictions and prepares to go through the next exciting stage of growth.

The candidate will be working closely with two other employment lawyers from leading law firms managing a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. You will ideally have trained at a top tier international law firm and come from private practice or in-house. Multi-jurisdicational experience is a requirement for this role with US being highly advantageous but not essential.

This is an incredibly fast paced and dynamic company, and therefore requires this candidate to have a risk-oriented approach with a combination of adaptability, resilience, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills.
