Senior Corporate Lawyer – Mergers & Acquisitions
Are you a Senior Corporate Lawyer looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a prestigious US law firm, is currently seeking a talented Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their London office on a 6 or 12-month contract to operate at Counsel or Partner level.
This is a brand new role that has arisen due to a Senior Lawyer within the Corporate team being due to go on a period of extended leave. Our client is an established and well-regarded global law firm, with an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal advice to clients across a range of sectors.
The successful candidate will be involved in advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, investments, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, as well as other corporate finance transactions and corporate governance advice. Additionally, they will be expected to undertake Partner level work and work closely with the Funds and Fund Finance teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Corporate Lawyer to take on an exciting new challenge and apply their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Due to the level of experience of the person this role will be covering, candidates with at least 8 years of PQE would be the ideal fit, with experience of operating at Partner level in a Corporate team also being highly desirable.
