Senior Corporate Lawyer

I’m working with one of the most respected British Banks on a role within their Group Corporate M&A department. This team provides corporate legal support on a range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, equity investments, intra-group reorganisations, joint ventures and transactions, company secretarial and corporate governance matters, corporate disclosure and financial reporting requirements.

They are looking to hire a senior lawyer with at least 8 years’ post qualified experience within the corporate department of a city firm. Prior in-house experience within a financial services firm would be an additional benefit.
