Senior Corporate Lawyer

This is a fantastic role for an experienced corporate lawyer looking for a change in direction and the chance to work for a firm that is focussed on delivering commercial advice to sector focussed clients. Working as part of a highly collaborative team, this role would suit a senior corporate lawyer looking to work as part of a small Birmingham based team (albeit as part of a national corporate practice) and to play an integral role in the strategic growth plan for the practice group. There will be plenty of opportunities for business development as well as leading on client projects and managing key client relationships.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent core skills and experience in supporting and leading on M&A transactions of varying sizes on mergers, business acquisitions and disposals, private equity, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and general company law. Strong client care skills, the ability to delegate and support junior colleagues and develop complex strategies for delivering on client projects are also key.
