SENIOR CORPORATE COUNSEL - FTSE 50 - LONDON
This global FTSE 50 business is seeking to hire a technically excellent corporate lawyer to take the lead on M&A and commercial activity across an international reach. The company are expanding their highly regarded legal team with this newly created position as the business continues to experience impressive growth in the UK and internationally.
Your core focus will be to lead and negotiate on a wide range of corporate matters such as M&A, Joint Venture, partnership deals as well as take on complex and high value commercial work such as media, technology and platform agreements. In addition the role will also have the opportunity to be involved collaborating with the wider legal team on marketing, sponsorship and brand partnership agreements. The position will allow a corporate trained lawyer who has either gained commercial experience in house or via secondments to really excel and take the next step in their career.

You will ideally be UK qualified with at least 7-10PQE and, have trained at a top tier US, Magic or Silver Circle law firm. In House experience is essential either in a permanent position or as a secondment from your law firm.
