Senior Corporate Commercial | 5PQE +
Representing a Band 1 (Chambers & Partners and Legal 500) & Top50 Law firm, looking for a Senior Associate to join their busy and highly reputed corporate commercial department.
You’ll be managing transactions and commercial deals on behalf of serial entrepreneurs, mid-tier corporates, overseas businesses based in the UK and OMB with focus in the waste management and recycling, pharmaceutical and technology sector. Responsibilities include mid-market M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring as well as shareholder agreements and constitutional matters.
This is an opportunity to assist a leading partner (Tier 1 in Legal 500 in corporate commercial and environmental practices) in growing and building the practice, while growing your managerial skills through training, mentoring and leading the junior members of the team.
Requirements for the role:
- UK qualified lawyer, with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience
- Technical knowledge in M&A and commercial contract
- strong motivation, management and industry awareness
