You'll need to have the ability to work on both contentious and non-contentious matters with a proven track record in assuming responsibility and taking a pro-active and commercial approach to issues. Ideally, you'll have 5+ year's construction experience gained at a reputable law firm with a strong reputation in the field of construction and international arbitration.
A strong BD profile with a real interest in marketing/business development and the ability to foster long
term relationships will be important as well as a genuine commitment to living and working in Qatar.
