Senior Compliance Analyst

We have a current opportunity for a Senior Compliance Analyst on a contract basis.

This role will be to support the Distrivution and Marketing Compliance team on a 12 month contract.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of country-by-country, cross-border marketing and sales regulatory guidance for sales practices and fund distribution in EMEA.
• Keep abreast of new regulatory developments and their impact on cross-border distribution activities.
• Provide day to day advice to the EMEA sales and marketing teams on marketing content and distribution requirements across various jurisdictions across EMEA.
• Review and approve marketing materials for use in EMEA
• Assist in the development and maintenance the compliance monitoring programme overseeing sales practices in EMEA
• Provide compliance training to the business.
• Provide compliance advisory support in relation to inducements, conflicts of interest, client classifications, suitability and appropriateness.
