This leading wealth management organisation is looking for a part qualified Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team in London.

Some of your responsibilities as Senior Company Secretarial Assistant will include:

  • assisting with all board and committee meeting preparation including the collation and distribution of electronic meeting papers
  • providing technical input as required by the Group Company Secretary to ensure that boards and committees are striving for best practice
  • monitoring the effectiveness of delegated authorities and authorised signatories

To be successful in this role you will be part CGI qualified (or working towards the qualification) with at least 2 years' experience in a company secretarial team, either within the professional services sector or financial services sector

This organisation operates a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week
