Senior Associate – M&A Private Equity

Role

Our client, a top-tier international law firm, is looking to add an Australian or foreign-qualified Senior Associate to its Tier 1 Private Equity team.

In this role, you will be working alongside six leading Partners known for their expertise and the breadth and depth of their practices.

Our client’s Private Equity team is well recognised as the one of the leading PE specialist teams in Australia. The team is one of the most active sponsor side practices in Australia and boasts an enviable list of the most prominent and active financial sponsors in Australia and Asia.
