Our client, one of the leading international firms in the Irish market is looking to hire an experienced corporate solicitor to join their M&A team in Dublin.
The team specialises in both public and private Cross Border M&A as well as working on Joint Ventures, Equity Capital Markets and Private Equity.
The ideal candidate will be aSolicitor with at least 4 years PQE in the Corporate team of a reputable Irish/UK/International firm
