Senior Associate – IP and Technology
The role
Our client, a top-tier international law firm, is looking to add a Senior Associate with 4+ PQE to its Intellectual Property and Technology team.
For 4 PQE candidates, our client will consider a lateral promotion to Senior Associate. This is a rare opportunity within a top-tier firm.
As part of this team you will enjoy a broad scope of work, including but not limited to:
- Acting for international clients from a wide variety of sectors, including technology, pharma, healthcare and consumer goods.
- Advising on a broad range of contentious matters, including patent infringement and patent opposition proceedings, and trade mark and copyright infringement proceedings.
- Advising major multinational clients on complex regulatory issues relating to pharmaceuticals and medical devices, cutting edge healthtech and healthcare.
Working directly with a highly regarded team of partners, lawyers, and paralegals you will have the widest platform to progress your career, in both the contentious and non-contentious aspects of intellectual property.
The team
Our client’s intellectual property and technology group is experienced with complex, multi-front IP litigation in a broad range of sectors, including life sciences. The group litigates business-critical disputes, manages global portfolios, and handles complex transactions. They deliver success for many of the world’s most recognised brands. The team also advises on complex regulatory issues relating to therapeutic goods, healthtech and healthcare.
