Senior Associate – Corporate M&A
Our client, a national Australian law firm, is looking to add a Senior Associate to its growing Corporate M&A team.
In this role, you will work with two highly regarded and easy-going Partners on public mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, funds management, debt and equity funding and capital markets transactions.
Our client often attracts top-tier trained lawyers who are keen to move away from billable targets and administrative hurdles. In this role, your focus will be on delivering quality work for quality clients.
