Restructuring Lawyer (2-5 PQE)

Opportunity for a strong Restructuring & Insolvency lawyer to join tier 1 team in Dubai.

You’ll be joining a practice advising debtors, creditors (and creditors’ committees), insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders in distressed situations (including some of the largest and most prominent restructurings in the Middle-East).

They also regularly advise in relation to origination financings where their clients include corporate debtors, sponsors, arrangers and financiers in a range of sectors including real estate, education and hospitality and in relation to a range of financing structures (both conventional and Shari’ah compliant).

Ideally, you’ll have experience from a magic circle or US firm in London and be looking to develop your career in the Middle East.
