Recognised as one of the leading US (London based) law firms in the city, this practice is recruiting for a UK qualified Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer, 5-7 PQE, to join their London office.

The firm’s London office, serves as a key hub to their global offering to clients including FTSE and Fortune 500 companies

The role focuses predominately on representing a broad range of clients in complex and high-profile restructuring matters and in other situations involving financially distressed businesses. You will service clients include investment funds, banks, insolvency practitioners, agents and borrowers.

You will be a UK qualified solicitor, with 5-7 post qualification experience in high profile restructuring matters, advising clients on complex cross-border restructurings, formal insolvencies and distressed debt situations.

With offices throughout the U.S, Asia and in Europe, you will join an international practice, offering access to high value transactions and market leading work. Alongside this, the role offers a strong remuneration package.
