Residential Real Estate Solicitor – Leading UK law firm – London.

Taylor Root have recently been instructed on a brand-new vacancy for a Residential Real Estate Solicitor to join our client, a Leading UK Law Firm. This role is an initial 6-month FTC and will be based in London covering maternity leave.

The firms residential real estate team advise on assets and projects from site assembly and planning, to delivery and sale or rental of units. The successful Residential Real Estate Solicitor will be working on a varied workload, dealing with high-net-worth clients and some mid value and predominantly will be working on freehold and leasehold (reporting on titles, acquisitions sales and conveyancing).

The successful Residential Real Estate Solicitor is likely to have upwards of 5 PQE, working for another Top 100 law firm. The preference for this role is 5 days a week, however candidates in the regions (Manchester, Birmingham and Exeter) are encouraged to apply as this role can be based in these locations.
