Residential Property Legal Executive

Our client, the Tier 1 property practice of a full service law firm in London, is currently seeking a skilled CILEX qualified Legal Executive to join their team on a permanent basis, to predominantly work alongside one of the firm’s key clients.

The successful candidate will need to have a comprehensive background in residential conveyancing and possess strong experience in managing residential property transactions. This includes conducting freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, dealing with new build property plot sales, handling shared ownership matters, and overseeing lease extensions.

The ideal candidate should also be able to create sales packs, draft and approve legal documents, manage a high volume of residential property files, and take matters through to exchange and completion. Other key responsibilities include the preparation of completion statements, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, and post-completion matters.

The successful candidate should be a CILEX qualified Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
