Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – Leading UK Law Firm – London.

Taylor Root have recently partnered with a specialist full-service law firm based in Mayfair who are looking for an experienced Conveyancing (Residential) Paralegal to join their London office on a permanent basis.

The firm, ranked within the Legal 500, are known well in the market for their client centric approach. The team work within traditional sale and purchase work, across freehold and leasehold worth between £1 million and £3 million plus.

This is a fantastic opportunity an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a specialist law firm who have an excellent reputation in the market, with a high probability (not a guarantee) of progressing into a trainee position, with two previous paralegals currently training with the firm.

The successful paralegal is likely to have at least 12 months experience working within a residential/conveyancing paralegal function from another top Legal 500 law firm.

You will be assisting the conveyancing team, dealing with client and title enquiries, liaising closely with the solicitors and help with their caseload.
