Our nationally recognised mid-tier law firm client, recognised for their first class advice to the social housing sector, is going from strength to strength. The Birmingham office are currently recruiting for an experienced social housing governance regulatory lawyer to join their national team.
You will sit as part of the firm' corporate & commercial department and take up an influential role working solely with social housing clients focusing on governance and regulatory matters. The role comes with a broad range of responsibilities to include governance and regulation, board member powers and responsibilities, advice on board representation and decision making processes, charity Law and policy and advice on corporate governance structures. This team is one of the largest of its kind in the UK delivering services across England and Wales.
Candidates should be comfortable working without supervision with experience of working with registered Social Housing providers and be able to demonstrate experience of advising in relation to governance and regulatory matters. You will have an immediate impact, demonstrating drive and great organisational skills.
