5 year+ associate to join the Asset management team to cover non-contentious financial services regulatory work.

UK qualified.

Excellent academics, enthusiastic and keen to join a growing practice.

Experience to cover FSMA, AIFMD, MiFID , MAR, SFDR/Taxonomy, EMIR, crypto, for example, advising firms on regulated activities in the UK, working with asset managers on distribution of funds, advising on general regulatory issues such as market abuse and insider dealing, advising on regulatory issues of trading derivatives and other securities, advising on M&A of regulated firms including DD, change of control etc.

This client has a strong preference for a UK qualified from a top tier City background
