The opportunity:
This innovative, profitable and high growth health-tech company is looking to appoint a regulatory counsel in a unique and newly created in-house position.
Reporting directly into the General Counsel you will play a crucial role in their small but growing legal function. You work closely with all areas of the business advising on compliance with healthcare regulations.
This will include:
- Leading and advising on corporate governance and assurance frameworks.
- Working closely with the commercial, product and compliance teams.
- Building and maintaining relationships with regulators.
- Reviewing website and advertising copy / content to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
About you:
Ideally you will be a healthcare regulatory lawyer with 2-8 years’ PQE. The position requires a strong regulatory background with exposure to one of the following regulatory bodies: MHRA, ASA or CEC.
Experience working in-house in a Health-Tech or healthcare business would be helpful but is not essential. Applications from lawyers with only law firm experience are welcomed.
