Regulatory Counsel – Healthtech

The opportunity:

This innovative, profitable and high growth health-tech company is looking to appoint a regulatory counsel in a unique and newly created in-house position.

Reporting directly into the General Counsel you will play a crucial role in their small but growing legal function. You work closely with all areas of the business advising on compliance with healthcare regulations.

This will include:

  • Leading and advising on corporate governance and assurance frameworks.
  • Working closely with the commercial, product and compliance teams.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with regulators.
  • Reviewing website and advertising copy / content to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

About you:

Ideally you will be a healthcare regulatory lawyer with 2-8 years’ PQE. The position requires a strong regulatory background with exposure to one of the following regulatory bodies: MHRA, ASA or CEC.

Experience working in-house in a Health-Tech or healthcare business would be helpful but is not essential. Applications from lawyers with only law firm experience are welcomed.

This is a unique opportunity for a regulatory lawyer to move in house and join a profitable health-tech scale-up.
