Real Estate/Corporate Role with Global Hotel Chain
The team is comprised of seven lawyers who are responsible for providing legal services to support the management across all hotels, including owned, leased, franchised and managed, throughout EMEA. The work principally takes the form of providing commercial transactional support. You will be drafting and negotiating contracts in a wide variety of contexts, including, system wide-initiatives, continent initiatives, above-property programs and services, asset management, work outs, restructurings, contract renewals and terminations, sales and marketing, vendors, consultants, and retail and commercial tenants at hotels.
To be considered for the role you must have trained at a top tier law firm and have at least 6 years post qualification experience in commercial, corporate, real estate or corporate/commercial work. In-house experience is not essential but knowledge of the hospitality industry and experience dealing with hotels will be advantageous. The role will require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically both from a business and legal perspective.
