Real Estate Solicitor 3-5 PQE

Our law firm client in Birmingham has one of the world’s strongest multi-disciplinary real estate legal teams. The team is looking to recruit a 3+PQE real estate lawyer with a solid grounding landlord and tenant work for corporate occupiers.

This role will be dealing with general commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals, due diligence, certificates of title and landlord and tenant transactions, working alongside some of the firm’s most high-profile clients, delivering commercial, fast paced and creative advice to those clients. The role will primarily focus on corporate occupier work, incorporating land acquisition and disposal (freehold and leasehold) together with landlord & tenant transactions and corporate support transactions for energy sector clients.

Working as part of a busy team, supporting, and working closely with a partner and independently providing advice to occupiers on the full range of real estate issues, both in respect of landlord and tenant related work, the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold land and other general commercial property. Transactions will often require creative thinking, necessitating a secure understanding of land law and a willingness to turn your hand to transactions you may not have undertaken previously..
