Real Estate Principal Associate

Leading real estate team in Birmingham is looking to appoint a 7+PQE real estate principal associate to advise corporate occupiers.

Working as part of a busy team, supporting and working closely with a partner and independently providing advice to occupiers on the full range of real estate issues, both in respect of landlord and tenant related work, the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold land and other general commercial property.

Transactions can often require creative thinking, necessitating a secure understanding of land law and a willingness to turn your hand to transactions you may not have undertaken previously. The candidate should be capable of leading transactions and advising a client on commercial risk.

The role will also involve supervision of juniors and assisting the partner with team management.

The team is dynamic, growing, and with a commitment to providing excellent, timely and pragmatic advice to clients and to developing the contacts needed to build and secure their business. The successful candidate will be exposed to a broad range of real estate transactions and will be involved in a diverse and interesting blend of work.
