About the Role
Our client, a market leading Australian law firm, is looking to grow its’ Melbourne Real Estate practice and now have opportunities at Lawyer, Associate and Senior Associate level.
The ideal candidate will have experience with sales, purchases, easements, options and license agreements, conducting property due diligence, drafting and amending contracts, negotiating and finalising agreements.
This exciting opportunity will see you working on some of the most complex and challenging deals in the market.
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with:
- At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience gained in property law
- Excellent academics
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Bring energy and passion to the role!
