A thriving international practice are recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join their busy team in Birmingham.
The firm has one of the largest full service global Real Estate legal practices, acting for over 50% of the FTSE 100 businesses, Fortune 100 and 200 clients and 25 major international banks. As a result their deal and client coverage is second to none and the team regularly wins awards for service delivery and sector expertise.
The role will include taking the lead and working on all aspects of real estate work for a great mix of clients on their most strategic projects such as head office relocations, distribution centres, data centres and acquisition programmes through to the routine estate management transactions (licences, renewals and disposals).
Offering a highly competitive salary, excellent quality work and progression prospects, this role is open to Real Estate lawyers with at least 5 years post qualification experience including strong technical skills and solid experience of acting for tenants in landlord and tenant transactions preferably gained at a national or international firm noted for its Real Estate expertise. Candidates must have experience in managing and delivering asset management transactions and small investment estates, managing and developing a team and client relationships.
