Our client is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate (4+ PQE) to join their high‑performing Cheltenham team, offering top‑tier “City‑quality” work in the heart of the Cotswolds.
You’ll handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters including landlord & tenant, commercial leases, investment and disposal transactions, and regeneration/development projects. The role sits within a friendly, collaborative team known for its practical, commercial approach and strong client relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a varied caseload across commercial real estate and development
- Advising clients clearly and commercially
- Drafting and negotiating documents with minimal supervision
- Supporting business development and client events
- Working closely with partners and the wider UK/international teams
What we’re looking for
- England & Wales qualified solicitor, 4+ years’ PQE
- Experience in regeneration and development transactions
- Strong communication, organisation and client‑management skills
- Ability to handle complex title due diligence
- A collaborative, proactive approach
